The Service

Connected sources

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Loop and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

Loop generates signals algorithmically and does not guarantee that any output is complete or error-free; you are responsible for decisions you make based on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

Changes to these Terms
